Dan McCord – Sales Manager I have been with Courtesy since 1996. I enjoy the family atmosphere of this place, as you will also enjoy when you visit us for sales, service, or body repairs. Prior to working here, I worked for 17 years as a technician, and, 17 years as a service manager. Brad Murphy – Body Shop Manager I have been the Body Shop manager here at Courtesy since 2008. I have 14 years experience managing the collision repair process, and, I am a licensed Independent Adjuster for Auto Damage and Theft Appraisals. As a car fanatic, I realize how much of a hassle having a car accident can be, how hard it seem to deal with insurance, you don’t want to deal with the hassle, you simply want your car repaired properly and quickly. I work hard everyday to make repairing your automobile painless, and to get your auto back to you in like new condition, as quickly as possible. I have a close working relationship with all of the Cincinnati area insurance companies, which allows us to handle, in a professional manner, any auto body repair, from a minor fender bender to major collisions.
