Courtesy Automotive is closely following the CDC guidelines and recommendations, as well as our Governor’s and Mayor’s press conferences, on the steps we can take to help prevent the spread of COVID-19.
We have shared specific instructions with our staff on the importance of washing their hands properly and staying home if they feel sick or have been exposed to others that have been sick. Additionally, they have been asked to stay home if they have traveled in from an area that has been determined to pose a high risk to exposure to the virus.
We have always had sanitizer throughout the dealership and have added more product to entrances and areas throughout the store. Additionally we have increased our cleaning regime with staff continuously wiping down hard surfaces, desks, counter tops and all high touch services several times a day and in between each customer interaction.
We will continue to closely monitor the situation and do what ever is deemed necessary to protect you and our employees. This shall pass, but in the meantime we will be open and ready to handle all of your automotive needs that you have entrusted to us over the past 51 years.
This is a tough time for all families and businesses, and together we shall get through this.
