I just completed the purchase of my second vehicle from Courtesy Automotive - the first time being five years ago. Both experiences were great and very seamless. Ray was very helpful and allowed me to test drive all of the vehicles I was interested in. KC was so helpful with financing and made the process stress free. I received a good trade in value for my older vehicle and think I got a great deal on my new SUV after my market research! Everyone there is friendly and easy to talk to - definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to buy/sell!

I had to have my SUV repaired & luckily found Courtesy Automotive. They were thorough, fair, kind & helpful throughout the whole process. They also got me in quickly & on the day of the repair were very speedy! I really appreciated everyone I worked with, love that it’s family owned & now plan to switch all my car’s service to them. Highly recommend!

Great service from start to finish. The service team was polite, professional, and kept me updated throughout the entire process. They replaced my rear brakes and took care of a few other repairs as well. Everything was explained clearly, and they walked me through what was needed and why, which I really appreciated. It made the whole experience stress-free. Highly recommend Courtesy Automotive.

The Courtesy Automotive team was great to work with. I had a parasitic draw/electrical problem with my 2500 RAM Cummins and they were able to narrow it down to one component. They also were flexible when I had my oil changed, I always take a sample and send off to Blackstone Laboratory (Ft. Wayne, IN) Courtesy Service was kind to use my sample bottle to capture a sample of my used oil that I will send off Blackstone Lab later for Analysis. While my truck was being serviced, I set in Service waiting room and it was comfortable like I was at home. I did look at the cars and trucks for sale, on the lot and the Sales team, Ray and KC were nice to talk with and informative. I will continue to visit Courtesy Automotive in the future.
